As a host/hostess, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. Your primary role will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience at our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleanliness: Consistently evaluate the premises for cleanliness in accordance with Kumori Standards.
- Customer Service: Always greet customers with a smile and provide excellent customer service.
- Environment Maintenance: Maintain a neat, clean, and organized front-of-house environment.
- Register Operations: Accurately use and balance cash registers, maintain cash control over the register drawer, and verify amounts are correct.
- Safety and Health: Always follow and maintain safety and health procedures.
