Position Overview:
The Clinical Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the clinical operations of our facility. This leadership position is responsible for ensuring that high-quality participant care is delivered while adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies. The Clinical Manager will collaborate with staff members and implement best practices in program management to enhance participant outcomes and operational efficiency.
This is a great opportunity for an individual who has worked as a Clinical Manager and would like to rapidly grow into a Clinical Director role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral healthcare in accordance with established behavioral health protocols within the state of Ohio
- Complete and submit in a timely manner all patient records and charges according to health center policies
- Serve as clinical preceptor for interns, residents and medical students
- Provide leadership for clinical staff regarding medical treatment and decision-making
- Collaborates with patients and family members to make decisions about treatment and attaining health goals
- Meets formally and informally with providers to advance patient centered care
- Demonstrates improvement in clinical quality measures
- Participate in community outreach programs to ensure community collaboration and inclusion
- Follows behavioral health policies/procedures including current HIPAA regulations
- Participates in recruitment/retention activities
- Maintains compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies as defined by Federal, State and any other regulatory body
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in behavioral health with management experience preferred
- Previous experience with budgeting and resource planning
- Previous experience with program evaluation and implementation
- Current knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Experience with EMR, TeleHealth, or similar programs
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- LCSW or other equivalent licensure
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $91,558.00 - $105,000.00 per year
