Overview

Duties
- Lead and manage the nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal patient care.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Conduct regular documentation reviews to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Oversee acute care services, ensuring that all nursing practices align with best practices in patient safety and quality care.
- Maintain knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and support clinical decision-making.
- Manage the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
