Shift is :   8 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm or 9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm. (Monday to Friday)

  • Enter data into electronic medical record systems.
  • File medical records and verify that files match data.
  • Perform telephone responsibilities (e.g., make appointments, answer phone inquiries,etc.).

To be qualified for assignment under this Contract, :

  • Shall possess a H.S. Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years data entry experience.

    • Be capable of :

  • Computer data entry.
  • Following oral and written instructions.
  • Filing and verifying consistency of data.
  • Drug screening collections (MUST)

    • Other relevant duties as assigned.
