Essential Functions : Director of NJIT Hub for Creative Placemaking :
Market Hub, CPC course and any related workshops / bootcampsAttend related industry eventsProvide related service to NJ NFPs, etc.Interface with industry professionals
NJIT Film / TV Workforce Development : Convene bi-monthly meetingsBook Special GuestsInterface with Industry and State organizations and professionalsAttend industry-related eventsMarket / Promote – Location Management Certificate Course
MTSM Podcast Host : Host Bi-Weekly MTSM podcastDesign ContentBook Guest Speakers
Prerequisite Qualifications : Advanced Degree and professional certifications in arts, culture and related industries.At the university's discretion, the education and experience prerequisites may be exempted where the candidate can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the university, an equivalent combination of education and experience specifically preparing the candidate for success in the position.
Preferred Qualifications : Expertise and related leadership experience with creative placemaking, the arts, culture and creative industries.Knowledge, leadership experience and engagement with municipal, county, statewide arts and cultural-related innovation, activities, funding opportunities.
