Director of Physician Relations

• Support the Chief Development Officer in managing practice acquisition initiatives, including diligence requests, financial evaluations, and integration planning.
• Maintain and track diligence requests, ensuring timely responses and resolution of outstanding items
• Building and nurturing relationships within the healthcare community to expand referral networks and strategic partnerships.
• Represent NYCBS at professional and community events to enhance the organization’s visibility and reputation.
• Coordinate the onboarding of new physicians to align project objectives with clinical and operational needs.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Act as a liaison between physicians, administrative staff, and other departments.
• Conduct regular meetings to update stakeholders on project status, challenges, and outcomes.
• Translate technical or non-medical concepts into physician-friendly language.
• Facilitate collaboration between multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, IT staff, and administrators.

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field (Masters preferred)
• At least 1yr of Project Management or Business Development experience
• Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
• Proficiency in Google Suites & Excel
• Proven experience in business development, healthcare operations, or practice acquisitions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to track multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility with hours and travel requirements within the 5 burroughs

Salary : $135,000
