In this role, you will:
Starting: $135,000/yr based on experience and education

In this role, you will:
- Support the Chief Development Officer in managing practice acquisition initiatives, including diligence requests, financial evaluations, and integration planning.
- Maintain and track diligence requests, ensuring timely responses and resolution of outstanding items
- Building and nurturing relationships within the healthcare community to expand referral networks and strategic partnerships.
- Represent NYCBS at professional and community events to enhance the organization’s visibility and reputation.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new physicians to align project objectives with clinical and operational needs.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
- Act as a liaison between physicians, administrative staff, and other departments.
- Conduct regular meetings to update stakeholders on project status, challenges, and outcomes.
- Translate technical or non-medical concepts into physician-friendly language.
- Facilitate collaboration between multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, IT staff, and administrators.
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field (Masters preferred)
- At least 1yr of Project Management or Business Development experience
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
- Proficiency in Google Suites & Excel
- Proven experience in business development, healthcare operations, or practice acquisitions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to track multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility with hours and travel requirements within the 5 burroughs
