Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, business development, client relationship management, sales, and resource management. This role requires exceptional stakeholder coordination skills to drive business growth and optimize resource allocation. knowledge of Dell, Hitachi, IBM, Cohesity and other storage products is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Manage sales and resource allocation to maximize business success.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand client relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify talent gaps and implement strategies to address workforce needs.
- Act as a key point of contact between clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance and operational efficiency
- Travel occasionally to the Northeast USA for client and stakeholder meetings.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, business development, client relationship management, sales, and resource management.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills to enhance business operations.
- Prior experience working with Dell / IBM / Hitachi / WWT / Cohesity knowledge of Cloud, Infrastructure and Data Protection products is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
- Must be based in Austin, TX, with the ability to travel occasionally to the Northeast USA.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field preferred.
