What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Analyst position at New York Global Consultants Inc.?
Preferred candidates will have 2-5 years’ experience working in Human Resources or a bachelor’s degree in business or human resource.
Highlighted Responsibilities
- Monitors and uploads all employee files into the electronic filing system
- Runs report queries for a variety of HR areas weekly.
- Serves as an aid in completing security forms.
- Serves as an aid for onboarding needs.
- Conducts research regarding employee’s prior service.
- Monitors inboxes and routes emails.
- Enters HR transactions into Edison.
- Serves as an aid in performance management during the completion of the cycle in July.
- Assists with other projects as requested.
- Serves as a back-up to the administrative team
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
