Job Summary
New York Institute of Technology seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Management Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide administrative support for the Family Medicine Residency Program, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate administrative activities of the Family Medicine Residency Program
- Develop and maintain educational quality of the training program
- Ensure compliance with ACGME accreditation standards and other regulatory requirements
- Provide guidance to residents on program and GME policies
- Establish and disseminate monthly rotation, clinic, and call schedules
- Manage dissemination and completion of resident, faculty, and program evaluations
- Coordinate resident recruitment and selection process
- Assist in planning, developing, and implementing residency program quality improvement projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in administration and/or office management in a healthcare setting accepted
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Previous auditing experience a plus
