We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our team as the Residency Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for the administrative functions of the residency program, including coordinating educational activities, managing dissemination and completion of resident, faculty, and program evaluations, and ensuring reporting compliance in various systems.
You will work closely with the Program Director and other departments to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing and disseminating monthly rotation, clinic, and call schedules, and managing duty hour and evaluation reports.
