• Lead and mentor your team to maximize their success in their individual businesses.
• Conduct joint sales appointments with agents to drive sales performance.
• Provide continuous coaching to help agents advance in their careers.
• Foster a supportive and collaborative environment within your team in Iowa.

To be considered for the role of Experienced Financial Service Sales Manager in Des Moines, IA, US, you must have a background in the financial industry.

• You should possess a strong understanding of management and sales principles.
