Compensation:$90,000 - $125,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a tailored strategy to boost customer acquisition and expand the reach of financial products and services for clients enrolled in the Fast-Track to Partner Program in NJ.
- Provide personalized financial advice to program participants in NJ, utilizing a variety of financial solutions including life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care, annuities, and mutual funds.
- Achieve specific milestones within twelve months to qualify for the Associate Partner Training Program in NJ.
- Engage actively in the recruitment, training, mentoring, and support of a team of financial advisors as an Associate Partner within the NJ program.
- Fulfill Partner responsibilities by training, empowering, and growing a team of sales professionals to leverage the advantages of being affiliated with a Fortune 100 company, competitive benefits, growth prospects, and a fully funded pension plan upon meeting eligibility criteria in NJ.
