Here's what you'll do : As a New York Life Agent, you'll be offering high-quality life insurance, fixed annuities, long-term care insurance, and other products for insurance and retirement planning needs. You'll also :

  • Develop and implement business and marketing plans
  • Prospect for potential clients
  • Discuss the financial concerns and needs of individuals
  • Present potential solutions using our suite of products and services
  • Develop your professional skills and knowledge
  • Compensation :

    90,000 commission based

    Responsibilities :

  • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience
  • Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies
  • Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims
  • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date
  • Qualifications :

  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
