This position requires a dynamic, self-motivated, organized, detail-orientated, energetic individual with working experience in the Development and Foundation phase age groups (U10-U14) in an elite youth environment. You will play a central role in guiding the technical and developmental direction of the U10-U14 Academy teams. You will focus on mentoring staff, monitoring player progress, and driving a high-performance environment. The role requires strong collaboration across academy phases to ensure smooth player transitions and consistent alignment with club methodology. Regular evaluation, reporting, and communication with leadership are key, along with upholding and promoting the NYRB identity throughout all activities.
Due to the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, the employee may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company.

Minimum of five years working in an elite youth environment, preferably at a professional club.
Experience and expertise in both player and coach development, preferably at the development and foundation age groups (U10-U14).
USSF ‘A’ license or UEFA equivilant.
Good understanding of Red Bull Playing Philosophy.

Responsibilities
Job Description
- Oversee and manage U10-U14 Academy Technical staff both on and off the pitch in relation to upholding the NYRB Academy standards daily.
- Attend U10-U14 training sessions and games to provide players and staff support, guidance and feedback to ensure accelerated development is occurring.
- Work closely with Coach Development Program lead to ensure U10-U14 Academy Head Coaches are provided support, guidance and feedback on a daily basis to ensure continued development and improvement.
- Lead discussions in collaboration with U10-U14 Academy Staff regarding player identification, recruitment, development, progression & retention throughout the season.
- Liaise with U15 Academy Head Coach & Academy Director regarding player movement for high performing U14 Academy players to ensure opportunities to accelerate their development is provided on a consistent basis from both a training and playing perspective.
- Liase with Youth Programs Technical Leadership as it pertains to talent identification at the U8 and U9 age groups.
- Present monthly player, team and staff development & performance reports to Academy Director.
- Be an ambassador of the NYRB culture and philosophy.
