Position Description:
The Vernon Verona Sherrill Central School District (Sherrill City) is seeking an innovative, creative, dynamic, and highly qualified educational leader to serve as its Superintendent of Schools.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be a problem solver, with strong communication skills; and will have an established record of success in engaging and bringing together students, staff and community members from a wide range of life experiences and backgrounds. Applicants must possess School District Leader (SDL) or School District Administrator (SDA) certification; and must have prior work experience as a school superintendent or substantial prior work experience as a school district administrator.
