This role reports to the OCA Counsel's Office, primarily supporting the Honorable with legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex legal issues and questions.
- Maintain awareness of best practices in problem-solving courts and create memorandums for judges and court staff.
- Collaborate with the Statewide Coordinating Judge to identify, enhance, and expand problem-solving courts and operations.
- Contribute to statewide training needs assessments and develop/present training materials.
Requires 5 years of legal experience and a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
