Required Skills:
- Education: BS in EE, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 8 years in wireless/cellular technology, RF and LTE networks.
- Strong understanding of network technologies (LAN, WAN, WLAN) and TCP/IP protocols.
- Experience with private cellular solutions (private 4G/5G, CBRS spectrums).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with analysis tools like Wireshark, iPerf, etc.
- Experience with distributed antenna systems and signal boosting solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher.
- Experience designing and deploying private cellular network solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Support private cellular initiatives (proof of concepts, production deployments).
- Lead strategic and tactical private cellular projects.
- Design, test, and implement new cellular/radio solutions.
- Coordinate site surveys and develop plans for facility coverage.
- Supervise site installs, upgrades, and maintenance for cellular/radio infrastructure.
- Engage with vendors to resolve operational issues and track change management.
- Maintain operational support guides and other related documentation
