Compensation for this position ranges from $125k - 150k depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and execute a marketing plan aligned with the practice's growth goalsIncrease client acquisition and engagement through strategic marketing initiativesOversee digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, email) and analyze key metrics to optimize performanceBrand Management & Content Creation Create a consistent brand voice across all channelsLead the production of blogs, case studies, videos, and newsletters to showcase the practice's strengthsAlign branding efforts with NYBG's mission to connect with our target audienceClient Engagement & Relationship Management Develop client referral programs and community outreach initiativesCollaborate with practitioners and leadership to drive business developmentStrengthen client relationships with current and past clientsEvent Management & PR Organize events, sponsorships, and partnerships to boost the practice's visibilityManage media relations and press releases to highlight our achievementsRepresent the firm at industry conferences and community eventsComprehensive Marketing Strategy with Brand Oversight with emphasis on the recent brand refresh / strategy refreshContent Strategy & Execution Across multiple platformsPaid Media OversightMarketing Data & Analytics, strategy & integrationRequired In Office Position

Qualifications

Education, Licensure or Certification :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Work Experience or Related Experience :

  • 5 years in marketing, branding, or communications; experience in the medical field required
  • Must have photography / videography experience
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Expertise in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media)
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Social Media Experience
  • Healthcare Experience a Plus
  • Ideal candidates have experience in marketing in the medical field and are ready to lead in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment

  • Understands Dashboard Analytics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required to perform the functions described, including the ability to present compelling solutions
  • The ability to be proactive and self-directed utilizing good time management, decision-making, and organization skills is required. Incumbents must be able to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
