Compensation for this position ranges from $125k - 150k depending on experience.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and execute a marketing plan aligned with the practice's growth goalsIncrease client acquisition and engagement through strategic marketing initiativesOversee digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, email) and analyze key metrics to optimize performanceBrand Management & Content Creation Create a consistent brand voice across all channelsLead the production of blogs, case studies, videos, and newsletters to showcase the practice's strengthsAlign branding efforts with NYBG's mission to connect with our target audienceClient Engagement & Relationship Management Develop client referral programs and community outreach initiativesCollaborate with practitioners and leadership to drive business developmentStrengthen client relationships with current and past clientsEvent Management & PR Organize events, sponsorships, and partnerships to boost the practice's visibilityManage media relations and press releases to highlight our achievementsRepresent the firm at industry conferences and community eventsComprehensive Marketing Strategy with Brand Oversight with emphasis on the recent brand refresh / strategy refreshContent Strategy & Execution Across multiple platformsPaid Media OversightMarketing Data & Analytics, strategy & integrationRequired In Office Position
Qualifications
Education, Licensure or Certification :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
