Key Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to adopt a consultative approach that emphasizes applied technology solutions tailored to customer needs in the single-use technology space.
- Able to translate user requirement specifications (URS) into actionable insights for sales and technical teams, enhancing communication and understanding.
- Assist with gathering voice of the customer insights to drive innovation and contribute to the development of new products and technologies.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve their technical understanding and comfort level, facilitating more effective customer interactions.
- Represent the company at tradeshows, conferences, and various industry organizations to build relationships and enhance visibility within the industry.
Education, Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Must be an effective communicator able to work with the various functions in the organization
- Organized, detail oriented, and data driven
- Able to work independently but know when collaboration is necessary to improve effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a technical support or sales role within the Life Sciences or related industry.
- Proven track record of consultative activities and applied technology solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of single-use technology, components, and their applications.
- Excellent training, presentation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as required domestically and internationally.
