The Human Resources Coordinator will have a broad scope of responsibilities covering all aspects of Human Resources and support the organization’s strategic initiatives. Key Job Responsibilities:
· Manage the full cycle recruitment process from posting to offer
· Responsible for onboarding of new hires
· Maintain team member records to ensure compliance and accuracy
· Ensure company policies are up to date
· Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to assist with creating action plans for improved retention
· Assist with scheduling trainings and planning company events
· Engage with the safety committee and other committees as needed
· Administer leaves of absence
· Support departmental projects
· Assist with Open Enrollment and Annual Review Process
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
· 0-2 years of experience
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work collaboratively across all functions of the organization
· Solution seeker who can embrace new perspectives
· Eager to share ideas and learn new skills
