Key Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process from posting to offer
- Responsible for onboarding of new hires
- Maintain team member records to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Ensure company policies are up to date
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to assist with creating action plans for improved retention
- Assist with scheduling trainings and planning company events
- Engage with the safety committee and other committees as needed
- Administer leaves of absence
- Support departmental projects
- Assist with Open Enrollment and Annual Review Process
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
- 0-2 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across all functions of the organization
