NewAge is seeking a dynamic Marketing Communications Manger who promotes our brand, products, services and initiatives to the marketplace. This Team Member will design consistent themes, messaging and branding throughout all advertising, social media and promotional communications to effectively reach targeted customer segments while capturing and creating a CRM. This manager will explore and adopt new channels, methods and platforms to optimize marketing communications for NewAge.

Requirements :

• Project Management and Graphic Design : Oversee the development and finalization of marketing materials, including brochures and print collateral, by coordinating with the internal marketing communications team, designing all materials or coordinating with vendors if external resources are needed (i.e. photography or videography). Manage review process and submit materials for compliance approval.
• HubSpot SME : Optimize ROI of tool by configuring and customizing the platform to meet business needs, managing and maintaining the platform's health, and providing support to our internal stakeholders. Lead Management : Collect and organize contact information from trade events, media, website, social ensuring lead scoring and lifecycle funnel is set to align with team needs to identify MQLs vs. SQLs and ensure timely distribution to the sales team. Customer Segmentation and Data Cleansing : Ensure system has required fields for lead scoring, segmentation and list building. Create automations, self-identification forms and processes to populate fields ensuring data standardization and enrichment. Marketing Automation : Continually meet with marketing and sales teams to formulate needs and plans, map automation processes, build automation program and review / report on automations once launched. Email Marketing : Design templates for email blasts, build lists based on marketing criteria and execute sends, ensure CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliancy and deliver reports. Suggest and advise on A / B testing or enhancements for appropriate emails; architect nurture programs and continually evaluate for improvements.
• Marketing Tech Stack : Own the integration and configuration of marketing tools across the tech stack, working closely with marketing and sales to ensure seamless communication between marketing automation, email marketing, CRM and analytics tools. Work with key cross- functional partners to identify opportunities for technology enhancements, process improvements, and system integrations that drive marketing efficiency.
• Website UX / UI : Oversee development and reviewing current UX / UI and suggesting improvements, updating front end of site or manage outside developers as needed. Run technical SEO audits and ensure sites are ADA compliant.
• Performance Reporting : Track and report on the effectiveness of email blasts, website traffic, trade shows, social media, advertising, digital marketing and other marketing initiatives.
• Sustainability : Focus on Gold EcoVadis rating and general sustainability initiatives.
• Objectives : Reinforce Brand Leadership : Position the company as a sustainability leader in the bioprocess or manufacturing industry. Drive Customer Engagement : Highlight sustainability credentials to appeal to environmentally conscious clients. Support Business Growth : Use the Gold EcoVadis rating to differentiate from competitors in RFPs, bids and sales pitches. Strengthen Stakeholder Relationships : Build trust with investors, team members and partners by showcasing commitment to ESG principles.
