The Neway Pools Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of pool construction projects, from planning and design to completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards while maintaining excellent communication with clients, vendors, and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with designers, engineers, and clients to finalize project specifications.
- Procure necessary permits, materials, and equipment.
Construction Management:
- Oversee all phases of pool construction, including excavation, plumbing, gunite, electrical, hardscapes (Decking, Tile & Coping), plaster, and finishing work.
- Manage subcontractors and construction teams to ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues.
Client Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of progress and addressing concerns promptly.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations.
Budget and Cost Control:
- Monitor project expenses and manage budgets effectively.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Approve invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors and subcontractors.
Risk Management and Problem Solving:
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Resolve on-site issues or delays in a timely and effective manner.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Conduct final inspections to confirm that completed pools meet quality and design specifications.
Qualifications:
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in pool construction or a related field.
- Strong understanding of pool building techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawing
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their nee
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
