Duties
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including kitchen management, bar services, and catering events.

- Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus that reflect current trends in food service.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products are sourced effectively.
Experience
- Proven experience in food management or food service management roles is essential.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, culinary techniques, and bartending practices.
- Experience in inventory control systems and processes within a fast-paced environment.
