Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator/Marketing Assistant to support and strengthen our dealership’s branding, content, and event presence across digital and in-person platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging multimedia content, managing social media channels, assisting with dealership events, and ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
You’ll work closely with the marketing and leadership teams to generate original ideas and carry out compelling campaigns that bring the Newbold Toyota BMW brand to life. From designing eye-catching graphics and shooting short-form videos, to helping organize community events and tracking campaign success—this position is a great fit for someone who enjoys wearing many hats in a collaborative environment.
We’re looking for someone who is not only creative but also organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. You’ll be empowered to take initiative, experiment with new ideas, and help shape the voice and visual identity of our dealership.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality photo and video content for use across digital platforms, including vehicle spotlights, customer deliveries, and dealership events
- Edit short-form video content tailored to platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Design marketing graphics for use in digital ads, social media posts, website banners, and in-store signage
- Plan, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and marketing of both onsite and offsite dealership events, including community sponsorships, customer appreciation events, and holiday celebrations
- Help capture real-time content during events and create engaging follow-up promotional materials
- Update the dealership website with fresh content, banners, vehicle media, and event promotions
- Support blog and page development with visual and written content focused on Toyota and BMW products, services, and customer experiences
- Track performance analytics for social campaigns, email outreach, and content engagement, and contribute ideas for improving ROI
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all media and customer-facing materials
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in a marketing, content creation, graphic design, or video production role
- Proficient in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
- Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva
- Comfortable with DSLR cameras and basic photography/videography setup
- Familiarity with social media trends, tools, and strategies for audience growth and engagement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and consistently bring new ideas to the team
- Experience with SEO or website content platforms is a plus
