What You’ll Do:

• Supervise care provided by field nurses, ensuring adherence to physician-approved treatment plans.
• Conduct monthly on-site visits to evaluate care quality and support nursing staff.
• Review clinical documentation for compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the QA Manager to uphold care standards.
• Attend periodic patient rounds and assist in shift coverage as needed.
• Train new field nurses and provide ongoing education to ensure clinical excellence.
• Flexibility to conduct some visits during overnight or early morning hours.

What You Bring:

• Active RN license (New Jersey)
• Pediatric clinical experience, preferably in home care
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to quality care
