Job Summary
Full-time front office support staff needed to answer phones, take messages, check clients in for their appointments, and greet visitors at the desk. Sends out mail as needed and creates client charts when new referrals are received. Operates office equipment including phones, copier, printer, and fax machine. Hours are Mon-Thurs 12pm-8pm. Friday 9am-12pm. High school diploma required.
