Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
- Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients
- Professionally answer phone, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history
- Maintain accurate client and patient records, ensuring all information is up to date
- Process payment transactions
- Provide basic information to clients about veterinary services
- Coordinate communication between the veterinary team and clients
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to work some evenings and weekends
- Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds
