Newburgh Winwater Co. is currently seeking an Administrative/ Clerical assistant. Our company has been in business for over 30 years and is located just outside Walden NY. We are part of Winsupply Inc. a corporation of over 600 companies across the country.
Starting pay $18.00/hour

Hours: Monday thru Friday 8am till 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
Morning Report: Prepare and distribute daily reports summarizing key
metrics and operations to management.
Receiving/Data Entry: Accurately receive incoming documents and data,
ensuring timely entry into our accounting systems.
Accounts Receivable: Manage accounts receivable processes including
the handling of tax-exempt sales and processing checks.
Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices and payments, ensuring
accuracy and compliance with company policies.
We will train the right candidate as our computer systems for all functions are developed by Winsupply Inc.
