Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various remodeling tasks and a passion for transforming spaces. This role requires attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and Project Management. As a Crew Lead, you will be responsible for executing renovation projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe work environment. An ideal Crew Leader will be able to both direct the team and actively participate in the daily work, developing the team into a more capable machine that completes the job quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Execute remodeling projects from start to finish, adhering to project specifications and timelines.
- Direct and assist team in maintaining a well coordinated effort towards project completion.
- Install various elements including cabinets, doors, and tile with precision.
- Conduct drywall installation as required for specific projects.
- Install electrical and plumbing fixtures, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.
- Collaborate with Project Management to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations.
- Read and interpret plans to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting safety at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress.
Skills
- Knowledgeable in tile laying methods for various surfaces.
- Drywall, tape and float ensuring clean finish
- Competent in cabinet installation with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with painting techniques is a plus.
- Experience in door hanging processes for residential properties.
- Ability to perform glass installation safely and effectively.
- Strong understanding of schematics related to remodeling projects.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
