We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to assist our interim housing clients with their daily activities while providing guidance through the Whole Family Approach.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations of interim housing facilities.
- Manage and contact clients from the interim housing vacancy waitlist.
- Collaborate with internal teams and funders to ensure positive client outcomes.
What You Need
Required
- Experience working with low-income individuals.
- Background in direct care and support services.
- Experience providing resources to individuals and families.
- Ability to make independent decisions based on funder and agency requirements.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred
- Experience with family care and support.
