We are seeking a Lead Client Support Specialist to oversee and assist our interim housing clients with their daily activities while managing Client Support staff. This role includes scheduling, providing coverage for call-ins, and offering direct support to staff and clients. Hours: 4:00pm-12:30am
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations of interim housing facilities.
- Supervise, schedule, and provide coverage for Client Support staff.
- Manage and contact clients on the interim housing vacancy waitlist.
- Collaborate with internal teams and funders to ensure positive client outcomes.
What You Need
Required
- Management experience, including scheduling and staff supervision.
- Background in direct care and support services.
- Experience providing resources to individuals and families.
- Ability to make independent decisions based on funder and agency requirements.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred
- Strong time management and planning skills.
- Experience with family care and support.
