We are seeking a Construction Outcome Director to overee the operations of our construction programs, including Weatherization, Furnace, Water, and other initiatives. In this role, you will drive economic development and ensure project success across Newcap’s 10-county service area.
**This job is flexible to work in either our Green Bay or Oconto office.
What You’ll Do
· Lead and manage construction-related programs, ensuring alignment with agency goals and funding requirements.
· Oversee staff hiring, training, and supervision, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
· Manage grant and contract funded projects, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
· Partner with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client impact.
· Maintain and improve operational efficiency, ensuring program success and community growth.
What You Bring
· Leadership & Supervisory Experience- proven ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
· Technical Knowledge- Understanding of insulation, housing structure, and energy conservation.
· Project & Compliance Expertise- Experience with blower door tests, diagnostic testing, and construction project management.
· Tech Skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-specific software.
· Valid Driver’s Licens- Ability to travel as needed.
