We’re looking for a Help Desk Administrator to support our team by managing company hardware, mobile devices, software, printers, and office equipment. This role also oversees the scheduling and maintenance of our fleet vehicles while working closely with our outsourced IT vendor to ensure smooth operations.
What You’ll Do
IT & Technical Support:
- Provide first-line IT support for company computers, software, mobile devices, printers, and office equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in collaboration with the outsourced IT vendor.
- Track and maintain an inventory of company hardware, software, and accessories.
- Assist employees with software installations, updates, and IT best practices.
- Coordinate with the outsourced IT vendor for more complex technical issues and system maintenance.
Fleet & Equipment Management:
- Oversee vehicle scheduling to maximize efficiency.
- Track and schedule regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections for company fleet vehicles.
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle assignments, usage logs, and service history.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding vehicle use and maintenance schedules.
Administrative & Operational Support:
- Document IT support requests and resolutions to maintain a knowledge base.
- Train employees on technology use, security best practices, and office equipment handling.
- Assist with office equipment setup, moves, and configurations.
- Support procurement and budgeting efforts for IT and office equipment needs.
What You Bring
- Experience in IT support, help desk services, or technical administration.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service mindset.
- Experience working with outsourced IT providers is a plus.
- Familiarity with IT asset management, ticketing systems, and software licensing is a bonus.
- Ability to maintain detailed records and schedules for fleet management.
