We are helping a dynamic company build-out their technology team by finding great candidates for an IT / Desktop professional position.
You'll be helping internal staff leverage technology to perform their jobs by responding through the IT support desk issues and service requests. You will work with users on software, hardware, or networking issues via remote tools or face-to-face. Other responsibilities include
- configuring and deploying computers and other hardware for new employees or replacing outdated equipment. You will also maintain up-to-date user directories for users of various network applications.
This is an ideal opportunity for a career minded, positive individual with a technical aptitude and great people skills.
To be successful you should have 3 years of professional experience in desktop / IT support.
