We are ranked one of the largest mechanical contractors in the southeast, specializing in commercial HVAC, plumbing and pipefitting is seeking a Construction Project Manager for the Boca Raton Florida area to manage large commercial projects. Must possess mechanical and/or plumbing knowledge.
Requirements
· Commercial mechanical project management experience
· Experience with the management of office buildings, schools, medical facilities
· Experience with projects with contract values ranging from $500,000 to $20,000,000
· Experience in Vista Viewpoint and Microsoft Project
· Ability to achieve scheduled milestones
· Proficient in Excel
· Skill with budgets, forecasting and cost to complete financials
· Knowledgeable in upfront planning and the administrative side of project management
· Proficient in labor management and maintaining budgets
· Great communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills
· A willingness to learn our procedures
· Proficient in contract negotiations, pricing of change orders, drawing reading, scheduling, etc
· Must possess mechanical and/or plumbing knowledge.
Essential Functions:
- Ability to Read, Speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Bending, Stooping, lifting up to 20 lbs
- Able to ambulate through the building to interact with other departments
- Dexterity for office equipment and computers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
