Job Description
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key marketplace sellers.
- Engage proactively with sellers to understand their needs, provide support, and optimize their performance.
- Manage product merchandising for high-impact promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute merchandising programs and identify promotional deals.
- Oversee key category stores and maintain seller content on Newegg’s platform.
- Monitor e-commerce trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Analyze internal and external market trends, providing actionable insights.
- Manage vendor P&L, including MDF and Co-op accounts.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to improve product visibility and sales conversion rates.
- Forecast potential sales and coordinate with sellers on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Stay current with product launches, industry trends, and competitive price points.
- Develop and implement performance measurement reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field OR 5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in Mandarin (required) to collaborate with our China-based team.
- 3 years of merchandising experience in IT e-commerce, working with major brand vendors/sellers, for Senior AM, the minimum requirement would be 5 years.
- 1 year of experience managing vendor P&L, including MDF and Co-op accounts, for Senior AM, the minimum requirement would be 3 years.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies and traditional media.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Highly detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
