Position Overview : A $950 million community bank seeks a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a Human Resources and Financial Analyst. This role is uniquely designed to combine Human Resource (HR) management and advanced financial analysis responsibilities, requiring a balanced skill set in people operations, data management, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will spend approximately 60% of their time on HR duties and the remaining 40% on report creation, data analysis, and project-based financial work.
Key Responsibilities :
Human Resources Duties (60%)
- Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with employment regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
- Manage recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Provide support for employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.
- Coordinate and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
