Our first product, WillBot, launches in a week with tens of thousands of customers currently on a waitlist. We have bootstrapped our way from 0 to 3M run rate in just over a year.
The Role
We’re looking for our first Account Executive—someone who wants to do more than just sell. This is a unique opportunity to be a founding member of the go-to-market team, help shape the sales process from day one, and directly influence the trajectory of a product people are already excited about. You’ll be on the front lines, working with a high-intent pipeline and turning interest into revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: from qualification to close and relationship maintenance
- Turn inbound interest into high-value partnerships
- Help build and refine our sales playbook, tools, and workflows
- Partner closely with the C-suite and product team to shape customer feedback into product development
- Be a key face of Newform to our early customers and community
- Help grow and scale a high-performance sales org as the company grows
Who You Are
- You have 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or marketing/creative tech
- You thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments and love building from scratch
- You’re a clear communicator, a natural relationship-builder, and love winning as a team
- You’re entrepreneurial and driven—you want to grow with the company
- Bonus if you’ve sold to marketing, creative, or growth teams

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
