NewGen is seeking a certified Certified Scrum master Scrum Master & Project Manager to lead and manage software project deliveries in a client-facing role. This position requires a strong background in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, as well as experience in client management. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively facilitate Agile processes, manage client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions on time and within scope. Must have a CSM (Certified Scrum master certification)
Required:
- Must have a CSM (Certified Scrum master certification) .
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for development teams.
- Must have Enterprise delivery experience managing more than one project at a time.
- Ensure that the Scrum team adheres to Agile principles and practices, helping them stay focused and aligned with project goals.
- Serve as a coach and mentor to the team, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and self-organization.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team s ability to deliver value, escalating issues as necessary.
- Foster a culture of transparency and communication across the team, providing visibility into the project s progress to all stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with product owners and other key team members to define project requirements, prioritize features, and refine backlog items.
- Run status meetings and create agile based metrics such as burn-down charts, and velocity tracking.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects while maintaining a clear focus on client expectations, scope, and timelines.
- Manage relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are understood, prioritized, and met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within scope and budget.
- Experience with application lifecycle management tools
