Job Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls
- Quote online with different insurance carriers
- Understand customer needs to ensure satisfaction
- Cultivate client relationships through effective communication
- Deliver accurate information using trained methods
- Efficiently resolve customer issues
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents
- Follow policies and guidelines
- Monthly and Quarterly Reports
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Spanish
- Excel and Microsoft Word proficiency
- Prior customer support experience
- Strong phone communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- High school degree
