Sales Support Specialist

NewLane Finance is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support NewLane’s Sales & Credit Teams. This position will be responsible for new application submissions, documentation creation, and processing using comprehensive knowledge of industry policies and procedures. In addition, they will be assisting the Sales Team with following up with customers, particularly in obtaining all necessary documentation to fund the equipment.

Essential functions:

• Work collaboratively with Flow Team Business Development Representatives to facilitate closing of equipment finance transactions by handling transaction related issues on applications, credit status updates and lease documentation.
• Provide transaction status updates to Business Development Representatives, equipment dealers/vendors and end users.
• Review terms/rates with end users to help facilitate the close the sale
• Assist customers and dealers with closing process requirements, such as, but not limited to, documentation stipulations, pricing, agreement terms and conditions. Responsible for new application submissions, documentation creation and processing using comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Follow up on all credit applications whether Approved or Docs Out to ensure the deals get funded in a timely manner.
• Using DocuSign, organize, prepare, and send finance agreements and related documents for approved transactions to end users
• Ensure all lease agreements and related documents are accurate and complete according to policy and procedure guidelines
• Communicates suspected fraud and or discrepancies to Management.
• Must understand, abide and uphold audit procedures and internal controls related to essential duties and responsibilities.
• Ensure all related documentation and funding requirements for each transaction meet company’s guidelines

Qualifications:

High School diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree a plus

Finance Agreement/Loan Processing/Documentation review experience required

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to leverage relationship building skills

Excellent computer skills to include: MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Proven ability to multi-task effectively in a fast paced, deadline-oriented sales environment

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
