- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience of one to two years of general office work with varied clerical experience required
- Must be able to apply personal and professional judgment to situations as they occur
- Computer knowledge of Window applications, email, and network system
- Human relations skills to use tact and diplomacy in contacts with employees and the public
- Verbal ability to receive and impart accurate information.

- Collects demographic, guarantor and coverage information via the telephone or in person
- Responsible for multiple work queues
- Effectively promote positive customer service
