Relationship-driven Account Executive (Remote)

To drive this mission forward, we’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to help us take it to the next level in the US market.

Who We’re Looking For:

We're seeking an experienced, relationship-focused Account Executive with 4-7 years of direct sales experience and who understands that the best sales aren't just transactions – they're partnerships. As a key member of our growing team, you'll architect our sales approach from the ground up, leveraging your experience to create lasting relationships with Church institutions (think dioceses, multi-site churches, parishes, schools and more) while driving our mission forward.


Your Impact & Responsibilities:

  • Drive our go-to-market strategy (in tandem with marketing and product) by creating and implementing a comprehensive sales playbook focused on building long-term partnerships
  • Develop deep understanding of our diverse stakeholders to create targeted, empathetic approaches for each segment
  • Lead strategic account development through consultative selling approaches
  • Design and implement relationship-nurturing sequences and workflows in HubSpot
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure our product and marketing align with customer needs
  • Create compelling, personalized outreach content that resonates with Church institutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Church leadership at various levels
  • Travel to industry tradeshows as applicable to gain product awareness, promote product and close deals associated with targeted plan 


What You Bring to the Table:

  • 4-7 years of proven sales experience, with preference for B2B SaaS or technology sales with a proven track record of personally exceeding goals of $2-5 Million in annual revenue.
  • Proven ability to prospect and build an effective business pipeline
  • Track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Experience creating and implementing sales playbooks from scratch
  • Strong consultative selling skills with ability to understand complex organizational needs
  • Proven success in territory development and account management
  • Excellence in relationship building and stakeholder management
  • Advanced proficiency with HubSpot sales suite and CRM management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Deep alignment with our mission to serve the Church and build authentic community
  • Strong understanding of relationship-driven sales cycles


What Sets You Apart:

  • Experience selling to religious or non-profit organizations
  • History of exceeding quota through relationship-based selling approaches
  • Track record of developing and maintaining C-level relationships
  • Proven success in consultative enterprise sales
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Experience with faith-based technology solutions
  • Experience drafting, negotiating and closing $100K deals  


Bonus Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Catholic Church organizational structure and decision-making processes, as well as experience working with parishes, dioceses, or Catholic schools
