As we set our sights on tripling total asset value over the next seven years, we are seeking a Portfolio Manager to play a pivotal role in managing and scaling our portfolio.
This is a hands-on leadership role working directly with ownership, overseeing all aspects of asset management, property management, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and investment strategy.
The Role:
We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial professional who can balance day-to-day operational management with a forward-thinking strategic approach to portfolio growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Asset & Property Management – Oversee and optimize the performance of existing assets.
- Lease Structuring & Negotiation – Maximize value through strategic leasing decisions.
- Underwriting, Acquisitions & Dispositions – Evaluate investment opportunities, perform financial analysis, and lead transactions from sourcing to closing.
- Investment Strategy & Growth – Identify, analyze, and execute on new acquisition opportunities.
- Portfolio Expansion – Work with ownership to develop and execute a long-term vision for scaling the firm’s assets.
- Stakeholder & Tenant Relations – Build and manage relationships with tenants, lenders, brokers, and vendors.
- Financial Oversight – Monitor property financials, cash flow, and risk management strategies.
- Operational Efficiency – Implement best practices for property management and leasing.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 1 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, acquisitions, or portfolio management.
- Strong expertise in lease negotiations, property operations, underwriting, and financial analysis.
- Proven track record in scaling a portfolio and executing growth strategies.
- Highly analytical with the ability to evaluate deals and optimize asset performance.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – someone who thrives in a hands-on, high-responsibility role.
- Strong understanding of real estate finance, deal structuring, and market trends.
