Responsibilities
Collaboration and Strategy Development:
- Partner closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional marketing teams to deeply understand content objectives and align marketing priorities with organizational goals and business objectives leading to more targeted and effective strategies.
- Ensure that content strategies follow Newmark brand messaging and generate increased brand awareness and client/prospect engagement
- Develop, edit, and refine high-quality content for various platforms, including website, blogs, research reports, email campaigns, social media, and more, resulting in broadened reach and audience engagement.
- Enhance content to maximize engagement and drive action, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, which leads to higher conversion rates.
- Work with authors and editors to ensure content meets quality standards and receive refinements as necessary, improving overall content credibility and effectiveness.
- Implement a structured content review and quality assurance process to ensure all materials consistently reflect the brand’s voice, reinforce market positioning, and uphold customer trust and loyalty.
- Partner with the digital team to enhance keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions through strategic improvements, resulting in increased website visibility and user acquisition.
- Collaborate on content-driven SEO strategies that support long-term digital growth and measurable performance improvements.
- Analyze content performance metrics and return on investment to make informed, data-driven decisions for ongoing optimization.
- Implement changes based on performance insights to improve future campaigns, increasing efficiency and overall impact.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that content initiatives launch on schedule, leading to efficient resource use and timely results.
- Facilitate alignment across departments to streamline execution and ensure content initiatives directly support go-to-market strategies.
- Regularly monitor competitors’ content to remain informed on industry trends and market developments, allowing for strategic adjustments and maintaining a competitive edge.
- Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in content and performance marketing to keep strategies fresh and effective, driving innovation and sustained relevance in the market.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 5 years of experience in Marketing and/or Advertising.
- Commercial real estate experience preferred.
- Proven experience in a marketing management role, focusing on content strategy and execution.
- Strong ability to problem-solve with the ability to work effectively, efficiently, independently and as a team leader in a deadline-driven, dynamic office environment.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in analyzing metrics and making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Successful track record of marketing results.
