Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Post-Closing / Delivery Coordinator with 4-6 years of experience reviewing loan documents and preparing delivery packages; Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac multifamily closing experience is preferred. This position affords the opportunity to work closely with Origination teams, Underwriters, Closing Officers, Servicing, Asset Management, and Outside Counsel.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintain Closing, Delivery & Settlement Pipelines to ensure timely Purchase and Settlement with Investors.
- Prepare various delivery and settlement documents, including all internal forms and templates.
- Serve as a point of contact during the delivery process to ensure timely delivery of final packages to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
- Responsible for all system data delivery requirements to Fannie Mae systems..
- Resolve all Pre-funding / Post-funding issues with Freddie Mac or pre-settlement issues for Fannie Mae
- Display a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in a deadline-driven environment. Assist as requested by Delivery Manager and Closing Team.
- Ensure all regulatory due diligence requirements are fulfilled and documented.

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000 annually
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
