Job Type
Full-time - Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 4:00 pm) – Clifton Park Site
Pay Rate - $52,000-$58,000 depending on education and experience
Qualifications
Associates Degree in a Business-Related field or 2 or more years of Human Resources Manager experience.
Ability to multi-task, manage projects, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, experience with Paycom is a plus.
Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- This position reports directly to the Associate Executive Director.
- Supervises the Human Resources Clerk, overseeing the entire Onboarding and Orientation processes.
- Manages employee benefits administration, including Workers' Compensation, FMLA, Disability, and Paid Family Leave.
- Maintains and organizes personnel files, personnel sheets and documentation.
- Oversees a workforce of 130 employees, preparing all necessary documents for payroll changes, recruitment, and retention efforts.
