About This Role

Newmont is looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition Delivery who is responsible for leading a global talent acquisition team to deliver full-cycle recruitment aligned with organizational goals. The role focuses on optimizing processes for efficiency, inclusivity, and compliance, ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience. This position also involves strategic collaboration with leadership, leveraging data for continuous improvement, and fostering a high-performing team environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a global Talent Acquisition team: deliver full-cycle recruitment, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with business

objectives.

  • Implement and continuously improve innovative talent acquisition programs and tools: develop a robust pipeline of qualified, diverse candidates

that drive improved business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders: partner with business leaders, hiring managers and HR stakeholders to anticipate and address evolving talent needs.

Provide strategic counsel leveraging market intelligence and competitive analysis.

  • Optimize recruiting processes: establish and maintain effective recruiting processes that provide exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics: identify trends, refine strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of innovation: introduce new strategies and tools to attract top talent and enhance employer branding.
  • Champion inclusion: execution of inclusive hiring practices, improving diversity in applicant pools and hires, aligning with organizational hiring goals.
  • Mentor and develop talent acquisition professionals: foster a collaborative development.
  • Vendor management: partner with third party recruiting and assessment firms to deliver high-quality attraction and selection outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Education:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Experience:
  • Extensive experience managing global talent acquisition teams and large-scale recruitment projects. Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, with deep knowledge of

regional labor laws, compliance, and cultural diversity.

  • Proven leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and driving team performance.
  • Knowledge & Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and recruitment tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of workforce planning, talent mapping, and forecasting.
  • Proven experience in attracting and engaging local talent, with a strong focus on expanding diverse talent pools, including Indigenous communities, and driving

diversity and inclusion across global leadership in multiple geographies.

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for driving diversity, inclusion, and innovation in practices.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $172,500.00 - $241,500.00. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.

This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance. This role also will be eligible for participation in a discretionary long-term incentive program, pursuant to which an employee may receive awards based on their level and individual performance.
