What You’ll Be Doing
- Executing external talent mapping and engagement for executive level roles
- Partnering with Talent Management to align sourcing strategies and plans to internal succession pipelines
- Providing stewardship, insights, and training to regional Talent Acquisition teams globally.
- Shaping proactive talent sourcing strategies that elevate diversity outcomes across the enterprise.
- Driving technology-led improvements and leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean logic, and CRM/ATS platforms to build targeted talent pipelines.

- Advanced skills in Boolean search and AI prompting
- Strong knowledge of diversity sourcing tactics
- Expertise in crafting compelling value propositions for engaging passive executive talent
- Experience with technologies such as SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Custom Search, ChatGPT, Power BI and CRM tools (Eg. Phenom)
- Cultural acuity gained from working across multiple jurisdictions including those where English is a second language.
- Passion for driving continuous improvement, sharing knowledge and empowering others.
